Our family moved here from Salem, Ohio 8 years ago. It was there that we had a family business and raised two wonderful children. Wanting to get out of the cold and snow, we were introduced to East Tennessee accidentally, and fell in love with the area and Tellico Village. I started with Crye Leike 3 years ago. I love to show off the beautiful Tellico Village with all its amenities (including the lake, trees, mountains and the golf course).
Crye Leike is a wonderful company to work for and we now have an office in Tellico Village (only 5 minutes from our home). Our office is growing along with the company as we are #1 in Midsouth and #6 in the Nation. Let me help you find your dream home in beautiful East Tennessee.

Janice is a native East Tennessean who loves helping people. After marrying her high school sweetheart, she attained her bachelor and master’s degree in business and healthcare administration and was a Director and VP for Covenant Health, the largest healthcare system in East Tennessee. Part of her job was finding clinic space for physicians which required working with architects, contractors, builders and interior designers. On weekends, she helped her husband who built homes for young folks starting out in life or retirees looking to downsize.
She finally decided to pursue a career in real estate and is applying all of her previous knowledge to her real estate career. “My job is to be there for my clients, to help them find that perfect home, and to give them the best customer service possible. Fortunately, I met a wonderful client who helped me start my new career and meet my own expectations in real estate and by continuing caring and helping people that I want and need to do. She was a retired teacher who constantly reads. She read an article describing how to rate your current real estate agent and she gave me an A+ in every category. In her words, she told me ‘You are extremely personable. You relate to people so easily, are immediately reliable and have good rapport with everyone. People relate to your friendliness.’ I couldn’t have asked for a better client to start my real estate career.”
Janice’s goal is to continue helping and caring for people as she has done in the past 38 years in healthcare. She tries to put her client’s interests first and works with them for the best possible outcome. Lastly, she will continue to provide the best customer service possible. “I’m proud to be a Realtor® and will do my best for you. Please call me the next time you have a need and let me help you find that special place called home”.
