Our family moved here from Salem, Ohio 8 years ago. It was there that we had a family business and raised two wonderful children. Wanting to get out of the cold and snow, we were introduced to East Tennessee accidentally, and fell in love with the area and Tellico Village. I started with Crye Leike 3 years ago. I love to show off the beautiful Tellico Village with all its amenities (including the lake, trees, mountains and the golf course).

Jim was born in Pontiac, MI, after moves to Pittsburgh, PA and Mansfield, OH, where he graduated from high school, he attended Ohio State University. After college Jim moved back to Mansfield where he married his high school sweetheart, Judy, and began his carrier in engineering at Fisher Body Mansfield. Several years later Jim and his family moved to Detroit, MI where he worked for Ford Motor Co., Chrysler Corp. and other automotive engineering and manufacturing companies as a design engineer, chief engineer and sales manager. His last position found him traveling nationally and internationally selling and engineering automation systems, sheet steel blank and steel coil cleaning systems.

In 1989 Jim and Judy were introduced to Tellico Village at a boat show, in Michigan and shortly after were the owners of a lake front lot in the Tanasi neighborhood of Tellico Village. In 2005 Jim and Judy built their home in Kahite and moved to Tellico village. Not wanting to set still Jim worked to receive his associate brokers license and has been helping customers to sell and purchase their homes and property since then. Now over 14 years later Jim is a muti million dollar top sales producer with Crye-Leike, Realtors in Tellico Village, TN.

Meghan grew up just twenty minutes away from Tellico village in Madisonville. She grew up in a family of seven with two older sisters, an older brother and a younger brother. She graduated high school with a Work Ethics Diploma. During high school she took college courses through both Cleveland State Community College, as well as Tennessee Wesleyan University. She was active in many clubs that the school offered such as: FFA,FBLA, and SKILLS U.S.A. and also held office in a few of them! After High school she met her now husband and decided to pursue her dream career in Real Estate!

Tom closed 22 properties totaling over $14 Million in sales in 2016! Christine grew up in East Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She is a retired Special Education Administrator and Vice Principal from the Los Angeles Unified School District. During her early years as an educator, she worked primarily with Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students while teaching adult education at night.

After her first experience of buying a home in Southern California, Christine decided to become licensed in real estate. “I enjoyed the feeling of achieving such a significant life goal so much so that I decided to help others experience the joy of home ownership.” So, in 1992, she obtained her salesperson’s license. Julie moved to East TN as a teenager with her family from Indiana. Later in life careers moved her away, but East TN was always home. Julie raised her family in Lenoir City and is fortunate enough to still have her grown children and grandchildren close.

Julie holds two Associate degrees in the healthcare field and a Bachelor’s degree in business management. She worked for over 20 years in the healthcare arena credentialing physicians and worked the last 10 years traveling the eastern US as a consultant in healthcare compliance and regulations.

Janice is a native East Tennessean who loves helping people. After marrying her high school sweetheart, she attained her bachelor and master’s degree in business and healthcare administration and was a Director and VP for Covenant Health, the largest healthcare system in East Tennessee. Part of her job was finding clinic space for physicians which required working with architects, contractors, builders and interior designers. On weekends, she helped her husband who built homes for young folks starting out in life or retirees looking to downsize.
