Our family moved here from Salem, Ohio 8 years ago. It was there that we had a family business and raised two wonderful children. Wanting to get out of the cold and snow, we were introduced to East Tennessee accidentally, and fell in love with the area and Tellico Village. I started with Crye Leike 3 years ago. I love to show off the beautiful Tellico Village with all its amenities (including the lake, trees, mountains and the golf course).
Crye Leike is a wonderful company to work for and we now have an office in Tellico Village (only 5 minutes from our home). Our office is growing along with the company as we are #1 in Midsouth and #6 in the Nation. Let me help you find your dream home in beautiful East Tennessee.

Jim was born in Pontiac, MI. He then moved to Pittsburgh, PA followed by Mansfield, OH where he graduated high school and attended Ohio State University. After college, Jim moved back to Mansfield where he married his high school sweetheart, Judy, and began a family and his career in engineering at Fisher Body Mansfield. Several years later, Jim and his family moved to Detroit, MI where he worked for Ford Motor Company and other automotive engineering and manufacturing companies as a design engineer, chief engineer and sales manager. His last position found him traveling both nationally and internationally selling and engineering automation systems, sheet steel blank and steel coil cleaning systems.
In 1989 Jim and Judy were introduced to Tellico Village at a boat show in Michigan and shortly after became the owners of a lake front lot in the Tanasi neighborhood of Tellico Village. Not wanting to sit still, Jim attended real estate school and received his associate brokers license and has been working with customers to sell and purchase their homes and property since. Today Jim is a multi million dollar sales producer with Crye-Leike, Realtors Tellico Village.
Living in the Great Lakes State, Jim and Judy have owned over twenty boats since 1976 and now find no greater peace and joy than cruising the waters of Tellico Lake for views, swimming holes and lakeside restaurants.
It’s been three years now since my husband and I moved to Tellico Village from Lima, Peru. I have to say it’s one of the best decisions that we have made. We love East Tennessee and its beautiful scenery, friendly people, great weather and low cost of living.
My background includes a degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from two well-known universities in Lima, Catolica and Pacifico. I worked for almost twenty years at Peru’s largest bank with the last ten years in client services including asset portfolio management, loans and mortgages. Later, I was a consultant and an investor relations manager for a mining company and worked with shareholder, investor and stakeholder communications.
Interacting with people has been the most gratifying part of my professional life. That´s why when we settled in East Tennessee I decided to attend classes to specialize in real estate. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
My involvement with the Kiwanis Club and Dining for Women in Tellico Village reflects my belief in giving back from the blessings I’ve been given during my life. I enjoy many activities including walking, swimming, boating and yoga. My husband and I also travel as often as possible.
I am thrilled to work with Crye-Leike, Tellico Village office and its professional team. My goal is always going to be achieving the goals of my clients; whether selling or buying a home.

I have been selling real estate since 2014 and before becoming a REALTOR, I put my parent’s investment in my BSJ degree from Ohio University to good use in corporate communications, marketing and sales. I have worked for a regional medical center, a fortune 500 aircraft manufacturer, the Georgia Ports Authority and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Legacy in Savannah, Georgia. My husband, Doug and I have two boys who are putting their parents’ investment in Georgia Tech engineering degrees to good use. I have two delightful daughters-in-law and a spunky grand-dog who also loves the lake. But enough about me already.
Now I am laser focused on serving others in fulfilling their dream of home ownership… be it on the lake, near the lake, in the mountains or with a mountain view. We live in a glorious place. Let’s share it. Call me for coffee and let’s discuss your real estate needs.
