Keeping Tellico Beautiful
Tellico Village, including Kahite have a $123.48/month Property Owners Association (POA) fee. This fee helps keep our community looking great and operating efficiently. The POA fee provides for some amenities and subsidies to some amenities. Renting a boat dock and joining the recreation facilities are not included in the POA monthly fee. The POA fee increases are capped at 5% maximum per year.
